I'm extremely pleased with the services and products I receive from Blink. Their staff is friendly and helpful. The cost of my medicine was comparable or better than other places. Shipping and delivery is fast and efficient.

My biggest issue with your product is the dropper. It releases too much when you tip it over. And when it costs as much as your product does, you want to use every single drop! Btw, the cost of your product is also an issue. But overall, the dropper should restrict the amount of medication released when tipped over. One drop is all that is required in each eye. Rarely do I get one drop in. It’s usually one in my eye and one on my cheek

Blink is easy to work with and no issues except for shipping of the product. They use USPS and that service has been extremely unreliable when it come to arriving on time. Of the three shipment I received they all took way too much time. I would hope that Blink would use FEDEX or UPS for all future shipment and take days off of arrival. Product and price were all good.

I love the medication Miebo along with the customer service . Thanks goodness it’s on auto ship, I can’t live without it .
