The Blink Doorbells are great but

I’ve got 7 cameras and all work well My doorbell battery’s did last a year but ones where most footfall last 2-4 months which is expected, I know have a blink mini two as well and that’s wired and has a spot light and has been really Good up to now However over the weekend the spotlight stays on even when I manually turn it off so I’ll be calling blink today So wish me luck if they don’t replace it I’ll buy a new one from Argos and take the other back for a refund so either way it will be replaced if it can’t be fixed, I have called customer service once a year ago and it wasn’t a good experience Yes cameras sometimes miss motion which I don’t understand and I’ve changed settings ect But overall they have been good I’ve caught a lot on them Car being reversed into People trying to open doors Druggies in the shared courtyard The list goes on

They have always worked fine however if you ever have to change your WiFi network then you're in trouble, it is literally the most difficult device by far to change to a new network, following all the steps it asks of you just never work. It took 3 weeks of back and forth with customer support last time this happened, I can't do all that crap again.

Nach Ablauf des Probe-Abos defakto nicht zu gebrauchen. So lange das Cloud-Abo in der Probe lief funktionierte auch die Kamera ganz gut. Als ich dann auf den lokal Speicher umgestellt habe - da ich nicht monatlich zahlen wollte - funktionierte danach nichts mehr richtig. Ich sehe zwar, dass ein Video aufgezeichnet hat, aber es ist mehr eine Glück-Sache ob man es auch wirklich abspielen kann. Leider so nicht zu gebrauchen…

Don't buy Blink Cameras , if you ever need support you are at the mercy of the devil.

Blink tech support is terrible! The agents are of zero help as they do not know the system and read from a computer of selected problems in VERY POOR ENGLISH. The system is faulty, and the sync module is prone to failure. Two sync modules have failed. The system (5 Cameras) has been down for a month. Try to reboot from scratch and password is no longer valid. Very frustrating!

These cameras are very unreliable. There are some many moments Not captured by the video. There are split second emptiness when I know there’s activity in front of the camera. Can’t wait to replace them with something better

Ein Stern ist zu viel. Extrem unzuverlässig. Morgens funktioniert, mittags keine Kamera, abends Blink nicht gefunden usw. Alle vier Geräte (Router, Kamera, sync modul 2 und Alexa Show) stehen nebeneinander. Von 30 Versuchen grade 6 erfolgreich.
