Had an old Blink system which I was happy with, when bought they proclaimed itv was subscription free which is what I wanted. Bought new system but now you have to pay subscription. RIP OFF.

My cameras are not recording but one. I believe one was updated but not the others. I've contacted support and they emailed me but still nothing. Very poor system. I would not recommend it to my worse enemy! All I can do with my system is click on the cameras and view if anything is going on outside but no recording sensor doesn't detect motion. I'm beside myself.

The battery life as quoted by blink to be 2 years is outrageous and untrue and they should be made to stop advertising this by the advertising authority. Using the lithium batteries as stated lasts on average 2 weeks and not 2 years which is the reason I purchased this product. If I had been correctly informed I would never had purchased this and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. I feel cheated and let down by Blink and Amazon who own them. I am now returning to a conventional doorbell once again.

Una delusione, continua a dare problemi di connessione con il cloud, quasi impossibile ultimamente riuscire a vedere live, le rilevazioni di movimento sono poco precise. Purtroppo ho comprato 2 kit da 4 telecamere, una su 8 telecamera non ha mai funzionato. Non consiglio assolutamente l'aquisto.

Got a floodlight camera and it worked for a few weeks, kept dropping offline requiring me to reconnect it each time. Can't arm the camera because the floodlights come on and stay on till the camera is disarmed. Called Blink tech support and the said camera was bad, sent me a new one. Guess what, the new one does the same thing. Long story short- got two more replacement floodlight cameras and the all do the same thing. After 49 emails back and forth I called tech support and requested to speak to a manager. Apparently in the Philippines they don't have any managers. Five phone calls, 4 promises that someone would call me back and not one phone call. The last call today I asked for a manager in the USA. I was told one would call me today. Best advice I can give is STAY AWAY FROM BLINK PRODUCTS AT ALL COST! The cameras aren't that good and the tech support is the worst.

Stay away from Blink. If use VPN on your phone, your blink equipment is useless. I now have to buy new equipment because I am switching to a reliable cimpany.
