The installation was pretty simple, but that's about it. Haven't had them 7 days and I've had issues just about everyday. It seems that at night, I can't get a live feed. It keeps buffering saying there's a problem and to try back in a few minutes. Called customer support and they said the sync module was too close. I moved it and they said the issue should be fixed. Later that night, same issue. Now they're saying the batteries are the problem. I'm using the batteries that came with the cameras. I have these on an investment property about 30 minutes away. Although it's not that far, I shouldn't have to go over there in the middle of the night, disassemble the cameras that I just installed to not have the adhesive work in this cold weather, to check something that probably isn't the problem! Should've spent more to get more, definitely won't be buying Blink again.

Leider bin ich auch auf den Schrott reingefallen. Nachdem mein Kostenloser Zeitraum abgelaufen war habe ich das Blink Modul mit Speicherstick zugelegt. Das funktioniert genau gar nicht das Modul verbindet sich einfach nicht. Da meine Rückgabezeit abgelaufen ist. Ist meine Kohle auch weg

nach Update funktioniert gar nichts mehr. Alle Kameras außer Funktion. Hätte ich vorher überall die Bewertungen gelesen, wäre ich auf dieses schlechte Produkt nicht reingefallen. Die Produkte von Amazon sind alle für die Mülltonne. Ein vermeintlich günstiger Preis zu Wettbewerbsprodukten erzeugt aber nur Geld zu verbrennen und zu vernichten.

An absolute con by Amazon on this one unfortunately. We purchased the cameras for our business, the recording clips are meant to be saved so you can view them on the app, however, we can’t view ours! When you search for a contact number or someone to help there is absolutely nothing to be found! Log onto Amazon no help, login to Blink, no help. This is very clearly a muse and purposefully made difficult. Absolute money spinner.

Service client catastrophique, le pire que j'ai vu de ma vie : Ne reconnait pas ses tords, prend les clients de haut, condescendant et raconte n'importe quoi. Par contre, pour prélever 2X l'abonnement, ça il y a pas de soucis, ils savent faire.

Just called customer service and since the camera had water in the battery case they will not warranty the blink camera. This was made for outdoors so to hear that this device had water seep into the device that was made for the outdoors and then the warranty is now invalid seems to me insane. I would not suggest ever putting these outdoor cameras outside because if it rains at all you may be prone to water inside the device. Good luck! Thanks

What a pile of rubbish. I have a Blink system and thought a good idea to have Blink doorbell. Yes it will work on it's own but try to add a sync mode and camera, no chance. I've followed almost every youtube video and contacted their support desk. Have they come back to me, no of course not. Well Amazon, you be getting it back. I've wasted hours of my life that I won't ever get back.
