They suck, they suck the life out of battery so fast that you can’t even capture anything because it dies as soon as you put a lithium battery in it. When it takes videos, you might get a capture at 11 PM that has three or four segments throughout the day on it. They would never hold up in court as evidence for anything. They are unreliable and they will drain your wallet!!!

Typically reliable however, on a critical day when I was hoping to have captured a specific criminal event, it was "offline". It was offline for 12 hours during the most critical time. this happened twice now. It just went offline when in fact all my other devices were connected online.

WARNING: Do NOT waste your money on Blink. We have years of IT and surveillance experience and the Blink product is trash. Don't believe the positive amazon reviews. Amazon owns Blink and is fluffing the reviews. Blink has seriously gone down hill since Amazon took over. The Blink brand is JUNK. The devices that save footage fail at an alarming rate. That's why they include one with every camera, they know. The flood lights for Blink are complete trash. The lense fills with water and the flood drops off the network, don't respond to motion, and disconnect from the cameras. Blink Support does not admit there is a serious issue with the floods, has sent us replacements and the replacements fail within a week of install.

Bought a camera for home security and got logged out with no way to get back into my account. The support team was slow and very unhelpful, claiming my email was not registered to an account. They also were very inattentive, and easily distracted as they claimed that “they lost me”.

I've been using a blink camera and video doorbell for quite a while with no problem, thankfully!! I bought a video doorbell and sync module for the mother-in-law and had no joy connecting the sync module to the blink servers via Wi-Fi. So I brought it home and tried here and again it wouldn't connect to their servers? Its now been 8 weeks of to and fro to the blink support email with absolutely no sign of a fix!! I can't count the number of times they've got me to reset the sync module and retry. The latest is for me to contact my ISP as its a problem with my router/connection DESPITE having another Sync module connected and working.

The equipment is fine when it works but the customer service is absolutely shocking, if you have any issues just bin it and buy something else. Hands down the least helpful CS I've every experienced.

One star you have people that work for you and don't know they're job. Keep sending me back and forth. Blink, Amazon, Apple. Nobody knows nothing.
