Can’t believe this company and when I contacted customer support the guy was hard to understand because this anti American company has phones in Philippines. Does waste you hard earned money on this company selling false security THEY REMIND ME OF SNAKE OIL SALESMAN they sell shit that doesn’t do anything

Supporto Tecnico PESSIMO. Ho problemi con una telecamera Outdoor: prima è offline poi si connette e scatta anche se disattivata. Ho richiesto supporto tecnico: pessimo. Inviate email infinite al servizio assistenza: solo risposte preimpostate, automatiche. In pratica nessun intervento, e questo per ben 3 settimane... Delusione totale. Figuriamoci se parlano di sostituzione. Sconsiglio l’acquisto. Una fregatura totale credetemi!

I have been saving my blink videos to USB for over 2 years. I have not had a problem managing this. But the video quality has always been poor. It catches activity either coming or going but not both. Even after experimenting with different settings it was not completely reliable. But somewhat helpful and better than nothing. I signed on with the Amazon account for a couple of months but there was no improvement in quality or capacity. To make it worse BLINK without warning cancelled the option to save to USB and wants me to buy a subscription. There was no email notification or warning of any kind. I was away and trusted the camera was recording. At first the videos that were saved to the USB could not be opened. Now it does not even save them. However I still get notifications of activity. I do not live in a great neighborhood, there are people who like to vandalize cars. MY CAR HAS BEEN DAMAGED AND I HAVE NO RECORDING OF ANY SORT TO SHOW THE POLICE NOW. THE FACT THAT BLINK DID THIS WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION IS COMPLETELY NEGLIGENT. BLINK NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BLINK TO ANYONE.

I bought a camera to watch.My mother in law when she's sleeping because she has dementia. She's prone to get up and wander and falling. The stupid camera does not detect her motion most of the time. It's almost like it picks and chooses what it wants to record. When I call in they tell me to reset the camera. I have reset this thing so many times i've lost count. Don't waste your money.

Bought the Blink outdoor 4 . Disappointing by the flimsy fixings. Thin platic with a very small clip to camera. Try moving the camera once fixed inevitably leads to it snapping off its mounting. Took advantage of 30 day subscription plan and decided to buy the product narly a week before trial expired. No such luck. patiently tried again and again. Contacting Blink support results in auto response with no real assistance offered. Tried all options auto suggested with same result. Amazon couldn't, or wouldn't help. As they couldn't solve this simple problem I decided the system would create more problems than it solved so returned to Amazon .es Blink and Amazon need to bang their collective heads together and sort out problems as a unit.

Camera vraiment pas exceptionnelle. J'ai acheter une caméra extérieur qui supporte pas la pluie car elle a pris l'eau très rapidement. En plus elle a beaucoup de mal à se connecter au wifi. Je service après vente est pas terrible sa fait un moment que je veut changer de numéro de portable mais rien ai fait donc impossible de se servir du compte blink.
