Hi Rickelle, I believe this is a bit unfair given that we merely followed your order instruction to make gold....we made it according to your order, and in your order, you ordered GOLD, my friend. If you needed to change color, you could have inform us of the color change within 1 hour of ordering. Since we did not receive any notification of color change, we went ahead with Gold. I do not think this is the fault of our company at all. Please refer to the links below for evidence: Order form 👉 https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2444/8659/files/Screenshot_2020-07-12_at_2.00.46_PM.png?v=1594533772 Actual product shipped to customer 👉https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2444/8659/files/Screenshot_2020-07-12_at_2.00.31_PM.png?v=1594533772 In addition, we also sent you an email to show you the final pendant before sending out, if you have detected any problems, you could have informed us and maybe we could have helped you make an exception of remaking. If you know of any ways in which I could help you feel more satisfied, please email us to discuss - [email protected]
