Resolving matters
We had an issue but the owner of the company called me and we were able to make arrangements that best suited both of us and I do appreciate him contac me to resolve the matter that's why I'm giving this review

Long shipping but amazing quality and packaging quality
Still waiting on an item but my customer pendant did come with the tennis chain, and my husband loved it! It was a surprise Father’s Day gift with his brothers who passed away on it so it was super sentimental. He doesn’t wanna take it off. Great quality and super nice packaging! Takes awhile to ship, like I said I’m still waiting on an item, so order in advance! That’s why I ordered a month ahead. Customer service is definitely easier to contact through IG or FB than through email, so if you need to contact them, use that. Everything is legit and great quality!!!

Ms.Sophie Leon, was very professional, & straight to the point. She calm me down easily when I was stressing about my order delivery, but she helped me understand everything about why it was running ba little behind do to the pandemic! I been deployed to Europe for almost 9…
I been deployed to Europe for almost 9 months, and my APO address wasn’t working. Employee Sophie has been dope. She helped me to ship to a new address, and made the process easy on me while I made it difficult for them. 100% recommend getting some drop from Bling Label, especially from my girl Sophie. Somebody need to promote you fast 💯
