Wouldn’t suggest, it made my neck break out and itch pretty bad. Gave me a bumpy rash and I don’t have reactions to things easily.

Hi Sophia, sorry to hear about your experience. The item you ordered is actually made from stainless steel base, and hypoallergenic plating materials. This is also the first time we are hearing of a problem with skin. If you'd like, please do email us at [email protected] with pictures as a way of verifying your claim, and we are happy to work with you to find a satisfactory solution if it is truly a mistake of our company's. Thank you.

Customer service is awful. I didn’t receive my order and they did nothing about it.

Hi Jocelyn, According to the tracking url (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=9300120224100029208579) by USPS , your item is delivered at 3:20 pm on September 15, 2020 and placed into your mailbox. You also had also previously received and acknowledged an email from us of proof that we completed your custom item and shipped it to the address you have used in order form. Under our shipping policy (https://blinglabel.com/pages/shipping-info), we advise customers to send the items to a secure address, and we cannot be liable for any losses once the the delivery is completed as shown on courier's tracking page. Also do note that we have already incurred the production costs and shipping costs, and have no reason NOT to ship your item since it will result in negative reviews like this. As you're claiming the item is not delivered when on tracking it shows it is, we recommend for you to contact USPS to check what is the latest update with the parcel. From our side, we can only help you file for theft report. Regards, Bling Label Team

I never got butterflies chains and my grills and I ordered them 2 months ago
Response from Bling LabelNov 16, 2020
Hi Cory, based on tracking, it shows "delivered" and signed by yourself on 20th August. Items are 2 chains + 1 ring. No grillz included in your order. Have you checked with a family member who lives with you regarding this receipt? They might have collected on your behalf and kept it somewhere in the house for you. Gorge
Good quality just a bit long waiting time
Response from Bling LabelOct 5, 2020
Hi Gorge, thank you for your kind review 😊 Yes, as you have ordered a custom product, we need time to produce it with the proper manufacturing process to ensure top quality. Otherwise normally it'd only take 3 to 5 days to ship an instock item. I'm glad you like your piece, don't forget to show us how dope you look by tagging us on IG @blinglabel with your stunning picture 😉
