I have ordered a lot through Blindster. I’ve always been happy with what I receive and their customer service is amazing! I accidentally ordered the wrong length on one of my blinds and they replaced it at no additional fee other than paying for shipping and tax on it. They are the best company I have ever worked with! I highly recommend using them for any type of blinds you need to order! Crislyn in customer service was amazing!

The help from customer support was phenomenal. I had to remove my order due to late preparation which will affect a number of similar companies but Blinster refunded my entire charge with no hassle. I checked out before noticing that I didn't have the full number of blinds that I needed, called back a few weeks later and blindster honored the sales price from my first order. The salesperson understood the situation quickly and was very conscientious in processing things to make sure to resolve my issue.

Fantastic product, fantastic return policy. I made a mistake in my measurement by 1/2”. They are sending a new one free of charge….and it was my fault. I never do reviews but for this I felt it really deserved a 5-star.

Chrislyn was great! So professional and helpful when I realized I may have ordered the wrong cellular shade - which I did! She was able to check my past orders, which are in the old system so I could not see them. She corrected my order and got the right one ordered! So glad she answered the phone when I called.
