Hi Christina, we’re sorry for any confusion regarding our Fit or Free Guarantee or remakes through our Satisfaction Guarantee. When a remake is initiated under either guarantee, customers are responsible for the applicable shipping costs and any price difference caused by changes requested for the remake. A member of our customer service team will reach out to you separately by email to discuss this further.
