My original order was sent to me with the wrong product. I contacted Customer Service and without hesitation a new order was submitted and quickly fulfilled. This could have been a terrible experience but it was handled professionally and I was kept in the loop on status of my order and when I would receive it (actually came a day sooner). Product looks great and I really appreciate the great response.

Updating my review because Blindster offered me a resolution. I ordered 3 shades with 22 1/2 inch and 34 1/2 inch widths. They made 1/2 inch less width so shades came with 22 and 34 inches. I sent them pictures and they offered me a resolution.

Ankit, we’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. We understand how disappointing it is when an order doesn’t meet expectations, and we apologize for the experience you’ve had. A member of our customer service has reached out to you directly to review your order details and assist with finding a resolution. We appreciate the opportunity to look further into this and help make things right.
