Fantastic Quality, Exceptional Customer Service
The blinds arrived in great condition and in a timely manner despite it being the holidays. Exceptional Customer Service. I would highly recommend. The quality is fabulous! I am very happy with my blind.

Poor customer service
I ordered three blinds and it took a month and a half to get them and they were not what I was expecting when I called to see if I could get them fixed. I was told since they were custom that there was no chance of getting any alterations made Very disappointing would not advise using this product

Fantastic company to work with…

Designer product for a good price
New shades came out perfect. They match the look I've seen from designers on social media, but the links the designers share are always so expensive. Glad I found this company because i got what seems like the same exact product but just for an actually reasonable price. It looks great in my living room and was easy to do myself.

Product and Customer Service Top Notch!
Easy to use website for ordering, great selection and really competitive pricing. I ordered 5 blinds. One of them arrived slightly bent at the top (shipping damage likely). I emailed them - very quick response. Sent a picture and they replaced it immediately. Awesome customer service!
