Vincent was beyond helpful working…
Vincent was beyond helpful working through a problem we had with a blind cord that was starting to fray. He was just amazing! We are so happy with our purchase and with the excellent customer service.

Installation was quick and easy
Installation was quick and easy, and the shades are great quality. Ordering was smooth, but the shipping updates were a bit misleading. I received a shipped notification days before FedEx actually had the package. A 10-day turnaround is totally reasonable—just be more accurate about when an order truly ships.

Excellent purchase experience!
Excellent website, easy ordering...including samples, which were great to have! The product came in a timely manner and was excellent quality! A great value for the price, as well! Hanging in my home on the mid-coast of Maine!

Perfection in a Porch Shade
Fast shipping, great sales price, and easy, well written installation instructions! We love seeing OUT all around us, BUT no one seeing IN!! And our orchids are happy - happy with just the right filtering. They are starting to sprout upward again after a month of moving them around our new home and them getting too much sun. Thank you❣️

I've ordered blinds 3 different times…
I've ordered blinds 3 different times over the past dozen years. Each time they arrived in a timely manner, and correctly made. The quality is excellent, particularly for the price. I'm not sure how customer service is, as I've never needed it. Instructions for how to measure are clear. I would recommend. We get double cell blinds to keep out the weather from our older windows. Works like a charm.
