Window blind purchase experience
The customer service lady, Crislyn, is very helpful throughout my purchase of a window blind. Initially, an incorrect type was shipped. And, then Crislyn provided me with a perfect window blind I like.

When I placed my order I got a message…
When I placed my order I got a message saying it was on back order. That was not what I wanted to hear but I patiently waited. When my product arrived I must say the wait was worth it! The shade looks absolutely gorgeous! It’s exactly what my kitchen needed!!! Customer service was amazing as well!!! Thank you Blindster!!!

Beautiful blind
We ordered a specific size. I realized I wanted a different color and you have a short time frame to change anything. It was the weekend and they responded to me the next day. They corrected my order. The materials were on back order. They contacted me to make sure it was okay on the time frame. Then we got the blind and I didn't think it would lower all the way. Customer service was polite, patient and helpful. Turns out it did go all the way down. They had sent me a video. I know it sounds stupid, but after watching the video we were able to pull down the blind all the way. Love my blind and respect the customer value of the company.
