The fire is unrealistic and it’s like watching the fireplace channel on TV. Was told by customer service that I can’t return item without a pallet. No pallet was left for me when fireplace was delivered

Dear Marsha, We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the product. The Opti-V Duet is one of our more popular products in the electric line of fireplaces. We are working with you to retrieve the item for return and appreciate your candor in your review of the item. Hopefully you will find something that is more to your liking and you will look to Blazzing Fire as a resource in the future. Best Regards, The Blazzing Fire Team

The fire logs arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date, and were intact with no breakage. Fairly priced, and one of the few vendors who still stock the specific kind of Peterson logs I was trying to replace. They also included a nice thank you note from Melanie, which was a nice touch.

I’m building a new home and ordered the RBF42. I received the product quickly and in good condition. I will follow up with a review on how the fireplace works in several months. I’m having it wired for 240 volts. Blazing Fire has been great to order from.

Great people. Great product. Great service. Great value! Easy account setup. Clear website navigation. Staff prompt and friendly in answering questions. Swift delivery Fedex. Price on my Dimplex Opti-myst was $150. lower than "sale" price at Amazon, Walmart, and several other competitors, including ones that specialize in fireplace products.
