My order was not as shown when arranged. Instead of 20 one gallon bottles ordered I received 80 quart size bottles , one of which was 1/4 empty since it leaked out!

Regarding the order change from gallon to quart, we unfortunately had no control over that process. Based on your order size, it was shipped directly from the manufacturer and was changed at their facility in an effort to get the product to you in a timely manner. The leaking item is an anomaly in our experience with shipping this product. However, we take our customer satisfaction seriously. Amazed how quickly I received my order. Exceeded my expectations for all aspects of this transaction. My purchase was one I would have done long ago had I known of these products and the beautiful transformation it has made to an otherwise drafty but very nice fieldstone fireplace. The birch logs are stunning and the ember mat was an unexpected surprise we love how it actually looks like it’s sparking!
