I just installed the fire pit natural…
I just installed the fire pit natural gas last week ,the light and all the modes are not working, defective fuses .I hope they will send someone to fix this issue.

Awful customer service
I paid over $1,000.00 for vent free logs. Had them installed and saw the very blue flame-- which I do not like at all. The images online look like a real fire. I called the very next morning after installation and asked if I could exchange for vented logs and was told no by the owner. The logs were on for less than 5 seconds when installer was here. I still have all of the original packaging. I would never purchase again from a company with such bad customer service. And I would never recommend to anyone.

Everyone take notes
I have been looking for just replacement logs for several months and came across some I really liked at Blazzing Fire. I know very little about what logs to buy but after I measured the old logs and firebox, I ordered what I thought would fit. The next day I received a call From Chris who wanted to make sure these logs would work for me. After a few minutes it was established that these would not work and he wanted me to send him the information on my fireplace so he could find some that match. I did this and the next day, he contacted me with with all the information I needed. Unfortunately the burner I had was discontinued several years ago so I had to buy a new burner and all. But with that being said, Chris worked hard to make sure I got what I needed instead of just sending me what I ordered. Not only did he go above and beyond, but the company is American and employ Veterans so its a win win all around. If I could give more stars I would, thank you for doing it right Blazzing Fire!!
