I ordered a fireplace with accessories. I received order confirmation to receive a phone call almost a week later stating that the accessories that were sold to me were not available for 4 months. They offered to send my fireplace with no accessories. Update your website to show actually what you have to offer. Wouldn't suggest doing business to people who false advertise. Thanks for the waste of time towards the completion of my project Blazing Fires.

Dear Andrew, It is regrettable that your experience with our company was less than stellar. Unfortunately, many manufacturers continue to struggle to produce product and supply their prime dealers such as ourselves. We did attempt to contact you as early as 9/3, less than 24 hours after your order was placed, to inform you of the situation. However, there was no answer to the call. Although true that one accessory is on back-order, it in no way would have affected the use of the product and this was explained to you when we were finally able to reach you by phone. We do try to accommodate our customers when able. However, your demands resulting from the non-essential back-ordered item were a bit unreasonable and so we honored your request to cancel the order. We do wish you well in finding another supplier that can fulfill your needs. Sincerely, The Blazzing Fire Team

Always available and worked through whatever minor problems that came up. And most issues that arose were quickly resolved by that old adage: When all else fails, read the directions. Three and a half weeks later, I've installed my 50" see thru fireplace and love it. Great addition to our home.

Really like this ash bucket after I repaired the bent lid so it would fit correctly. Overall I like it but they need to improve packaging to eliminate dents, etc.
Response from Blazzing FireSep 7, 2021
Dear Jere, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. It is regrettable that your Pilgrim Air Insulated Ash Bucket Pro arrived in anything less than pristine condition. We will be sure to follow up with our shipping team to ensure proper measures are taken so that this issue doesn't arise again. We appreciate your business and hope to see you soon! Best Regards, The Blazzing Fire Team

The Dimplex 36 inch glass doors arrived fast and EXTREMELY well packed. The doors are just beautiful and will take our new fireplace to the next level. I would have sent picture but fireplace won’t be finished for a few weeks. Thank you so much I will definitely do business with you in the future and tell family and friends! Fast shipping. When we opened the box, a few logs were damaged. We contact Blazingfire. They shipped out a new set right away. Was wonderful to work with. No hassle. Very respectful and courteous. Would definitely recommend them.

Good product. Good service. Fast delivery. Excellent price. Even through in a box of swag with my purchase. Would definitely recommend them to others. My only complaint would be that the shipping included a lift gate service that was not needed with my commercial dock. I wish there was an option to save a few bucks by using a standard delivery truck instead of paying for the lift gate truck when it was not needed.
