I just tried Blauparts for the first time to order Ravenol engine oil, they are the exclusive distributor, for my Audi A6. The support was great, though I hope they will provide phone support in the future. I received my package in time, very well packed, with not a single dent on the cans. I'm very pleased with my order. I'm doing my research for the best oil for my Audi engine, and if Ravenol appears to be the one, I will be a regular customer!
