Thank you for your feedback! We're glad the ATF was exactly what you needed. Regarding the drain plug, after reviewing your order, it appears you ordered an engine oil pan drain plug, not a transmission drain plug. Unfortunately, we don't actually carry any transmission drain plugs for VW Phaeton models. The good news is that the engine oil drain plug you received should work for your Phaeton's engine oil pan, so it can be useful for your next oil change. Hi Dellin, sorry to hear you had to purchase a different oil filter! The oil filter included in the kit you received was one with an improved fleece end cap seal design. While these filters tend to have a tighter fit, they also provide a superior seal and prevent oil from bypassing the filter. Hi Patrick, we're sorry to hear about your experience and apologize for any inconvenience. We only use new containment bags as a standard operating procedure when shipping our products. Since the bags are inexpensive, we do not reuse them. We can only assume one of the bottles may have oozed fluid shipping to your location, and the containment bag caught the residue as intended. As this has been known to occasionally happen despite bottle caps appearing fully tightened. Feel free to contact our customer service team via our contact form on our website and provide us with your invoice number, and we will be happy to ship you a replacement for the bottle(s) that may have leaked.

Hi Michael, we're sorry you were dissapointed with the time it took to deliver your order. Unfortunately, once the package is in FedEx's hands we no longer have any control over it. The FedEx tracking history does indicate that there were some weather delays that may have contributed to the time it took. We also have been notified by our delivery partners that there are employee and driver shortages at various package delivery hubs, causing additional delays. Hi Shon, we apologize the bottles in your order leaked! We always try our best to package our fluid products with appropriate protection, bagging each bottle individually to prevent leaking, but despite this, sometimes the package will still be mishandled by our shipping partners during transport causing leaks. To make things right, try and locate the bottles that have the leak and take a photo of the front as well as the side with the measurement marks showing how much fluid remains in the bottle. Then fill out a support request, attaching the photos and including your order number here: https://blauparts.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new After reviewing your support request and photos, we will happily send you a replacement for the fluids lost free of charge.

Hi Anthony, we're sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us and our returns! The 2006 Mercedes-Benz E-500 is optioned with both a 5-Speed automatic and a 7-Speed automatic transmission. We offer two different Automatic Transmission Fluid and Filter Change Kits to service these transmissions. One kit is for the 7-speed and one is for the 5-speed. Due to the many variables and fitment options on a vehicle it is always good practice to confirm the exact vehicle make, model, transmission type, and in some cases all wheel drive or rear wheel drive information before trying to perform any DIY maintenance service. This will ensure you receive the correct parts and fluids. We also recommend that all customers use our “Vehicle Fitment” tab found on our products before ordering parts. This area lists the product model fitment variables and differences that should be confirmed before ordering our products. If you are unsure of your exact vehicle, make, model, engine, and transmission type. We encourage you to have an automotive service facility in your local area who is familiar with your vehicle perform your service.
