We have attempted to reach you via phone (three voicemails) as well as via email regarding an update to your order but have been unable to connect with you. We had to cancel the order in question, which was placed via credit card, due to the payment processor detecting multiple risk flags, such as mismatched billing details triggering elevated fraud risk warnings. According to the merchant’s report, this included but was not limited to: entering an incorrect CVC code, entering an incorrect billing ZIP code, a low authorization rate for transactions associated with your email address, and an IP address where the order was placed with the credit card being over 1,000 miles away from the shipping delivery address. We understand that your recent experience may have caused frustration, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused. However, our goal is to provide the best service possible while also fighting fraud and adhering to the strictest security measures. Per our website's terms of use order acceptance policy at www.blauparts.com/terms-of-use, we choose to cancel orders that contain/use our registered trademark(s) (i.e. Blauparts®) in the email address for the security of our customers and to prevent attempted email phishing scams impersonating our company with the use of our trademarks. We do not threaten immediate legal action for violations, rather failure to discontinue use of our trademarks are forwarded to our legal department for review. We encourage customers to use normal email addresses when placing orders. Additionally, the IP address associated with your order was flagged by our credit card merchant’s fraud detection suite as being associated with previous early fraud warnings and previous credit card disputes. These high-risk fraud factors combined with the unauthorized use of our trademark in the order’s email led to the cancelation of your high-risk order and account per our terms of use order acceptance policy.

Hi Shukhrat, unfortunately, shipping costs are at an all-time high, especially for larger, heavier items like automotive lubricants requiring custom packaging for safe transport. To keep product costs lower for our customers, we cannot offer free return shipping for things like buying the incorrect parts or no longer needing the items. As a result, we post a notice to our customers at checkout that encourages them to review and double-check their order for accuracy before clicking the Place Order button. If you believe an error with your order was made at our end, contact us and we will gladly investigate and issue a return label as needed to make things right.

We've sold many of these exact hardware kits for TT models and received no notification of any similar problems as yours with them. However, we're always ready to try and make things right and would've gladly issued a refund if a return request was made for the order. Unfortunately, the kit you ordered and added to your cart was our 2003-2008 Jaguar S-Type ATF Transmission Fluid Change Kit - 6 Spd kit. Due to the many variables and fitment options on a vehicle it is always good practice to confirm the exact vehicle year before ordering or performing any DIY maintenance service. This will ensure you receive the correct parts and fluids. In line with our return policy, we show that you received a refund for the returned kit to the original form of payment on 4/19/22. We also recommend that all customers take note of the model year stated in the product title, description, and “Vehicle Fitment” tab found on our products before ordering parts. This area lists the product model fitment variables and differences that should be confirmed before ordering. If you are unsure of your exact vehicle year, make, model, engine, and transmission type.
