Hi Andy, we do not list any of our products with per-customer pricing. We only have catalog-wide price discounts for wholesalers or repair shops. It looks like your account has 2 orders with us: one from October 2021 for an oil change kit with RAVENOL oil, and one from December 2022 for an oil change kit with Eurol oil. The RAVENOL oil change kit you purchased back in October 2021 for $124.95 has since had its price raised for everyone to $148.95 due to multiple reasons, you can find that kit here: https://www.blauparts.com/mercedes-sprinter-oil-change-kit-2500-om651.html The oil change kit with Eurol oil you purchased in December 2022 is at the same price as when you last purchased it, just without the 10% discount you received on it during our 2022 Year End Sale where all Eurol products were 10% off: https://www.blauparts.com/2014-2022-mercedes-sprinter-oil-change-kit-21l-om651-5w30-full-synthetic.html We would never make certain customers pay more than others. And we try to offer our loyal customers the option to save even more via our BlauRewards program, where you can use points earned with every purchase towards discounts on future orders.
