According to the merchant’s report, this included but was not limited to: entering an incorrect CVC code, entering an incorrect billing ZIP code, a low authorization rate for transactions associated with your email address, and an IP address where the order was placed with the credit card being over 1,000 miles away from the shipping delivery address.
