Hi Cheryl, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are genuinely sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your recent order. We sincerely apologize that your package arrived damaged with leaking fluid. While we package our fluid kits carefully to prevent leaks, unfortunately, rough handling during transit by shipping partners can sometimes cause issues despite our best efforts. Regarding the kit components you ordered for your Jeep Wrangler JK with the WA580/NAG1 5-speed transmission: Filter: We apologize if the filter included didn't appear correct or if there was an error in packing. The correct filter for the WA580/NAG1 kit should have been included, and we regret any confusion or mistake on this part. Gasket: For this specific kit, the pan gasket is integrated with or packaged directly alongside the transmission filter itself, rather than being a separate loose item. We apologize if this wasn't clear or easily located within the filter packaging. We also see you chose to order the Eurol transmission fluid. Eurol is a well-established European manufacturer with a strong reputation, producing specialized lubricants since 1977. Their ATF 1100 fluid meets the required specifications for your Jeep's transmission, and this kit has been used successfully by many other Jeep Wrangler owners. We absolutely want to make this right for you. We have already issued a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the kit back to us for a full refund. We are truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, as it helps us improve our processes.
