Absolutely atrocious customer service they don't help at all with what's going with packages

these people dont care about their customers. they literally took 3 months to finally get back to me about my $400 package that was lost in the mail. they didnt provide me with any real answers and had no empathy about the issue. instead they send me emails every week asking if i wanna buy more stuff from them that wont get delivered. they issued me a refund only after me doing all the leg work and hunting them down. they didnt reach out nor did they try to make the situation any better after hearing about my experience with their brand and shipping issues. instead they assured me i wasnt the only one and i can always place another order with them. instead of apologizing and making the situation better, they would rather brush people off and move on. were in a global pandemic. i couldve taken my business anywhere on the internet. never again will i go through this headache with these people

I love this company! I love and believe in their mission statement and I love their clothes! I’ve never had any problems with them regarding quality or getting my shipments in a timely manner. The majority of my shirts come from Blackcraftcult. It saddened me to see that they don’t have higher ratings. But people will complain about something more often than praise something. If you’ve had a good experience with BCC write a review.

I had been wary of ordering off of this website simply because of the reviews. Their products looked incredible but I also felt unsure about the wait times. However, I'm pleased to say that either they've been able to catch up and make some changes, or simply somewhere in shipping things got lost - which has happened to me with other products from other companies during this pandemic. I received my hoodie within the week of order which was a lot faster than I had anticipated and the product came in looking great! I ordered an XS and felt true to size in the arms and chest, although a little long, but I am fairly short. I look forward to ordering products from this company in the future!

I was shipped the completely wrong item and they never respond to my emails. I am not the kind of person to leave a review or make a complaint but the customer service has been absolutely shocking and I feel like they have totally just ripped me off. This website may be a scam.

Super disappointed with customer service. I work retail and I am very aware of how backed up shipping is, however when there is no other option for shipping other than priority and I’m charge over $27 to ship items that weigh just over 5lbs and it takes 3 weeks for the items to arrive I would think that a company would refund my shipping charges to keep a customer satisfied and thus a customer that would return. No such luck and I can honestly say I will probably find somewhere else to shop. Bummed because in the past BCC stood behind their brand...wonder if they’re under new ownership/management

Literally impossible to return anything. Worst company I've ever dealt with, and I'm dead serious. Won't answer questions. I'm about to spread a boycott like butter if they don't figure it out.

Cute clothes but good god the fit is terrible. I ordered a large pair of joggers and the waist is huge but the butt and thighs are far too small with a crotch that goes down to the knees. The return process is a garbage nightmare, especially in this day and age. Also bought a tree skirt that is much smaller than pictured and is made out of a cheap material. Won't be buying from this company ever again, don't waste your money.
