Customer service is where it should be
Customer service people are very very incompetent. I have tried 2 times to get my account to recognize my email and password. I have spent 45 minutes twice to get it resolved, and the customer service person keeps telling me to try different things and I keep getting the same credentials dont match message. Then after a while they tell you wait 10 minutes and try again!! Before retirement I was a senior technical project manager! I will try again tomorrow and see what happrns. This BJ'S last chance. As I said I tried BJ's customer service and finally got a clerk that knew what yhey were doing - matter was resolved in 10 minutes!

I have never had a problem at BJ’s
I have never had a problem at BJ’s. No problems purchasing or renewing membership, returning products or with customer service. I go to 2 Bjs in northern Virginia-Fairlakes and Landover. I have never had a problem at either. I like the app and the ability to clip coupons to use immediately or later. I have ordered online and picked up items and had items delivered to my home with no problems.

MY GROCERY DELIVERY.
Hello, I have ordered groceries several times now from BJ'S and i am very happy with the service. All my orders were to my satisfaction and the delivery persons were friendly. I WILL USE BJ'S AGAIN .

Mac & Robbie making a delivery for MADE.COM Were fantastic, covered their shoes took the bed all the way upstairs, screwed the feet in and took the box away. Lovely gentlemen warm friendly and very polite. If only deliveries were like that every time from MADE.COM! Thanks N&R

Outstanding Amber and Cheryl I have been a member since 1995 Love there variety of food products. I shop there often was there today had some return issues mistake on my part. Cheryl store GM at the Cape Coral store in Florida took great care and with Amber finishing the process got it all rectified. Thank you both. JOHN L
