Went into my local club to renew membership and Deidre was very helpful and very personable. she helped save me a few dollars from the original price and I thought that was very sweet of her.

I was just at the Waltham,MA store and as I was checking out the cashier Karine was so nice and helpful she told me about some coupons and I ended up saving $20!!! As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I truly appreciated it.. She was so very pleasant.. thank you for having some very helpful and friendly staff. Thank You again Pat Sunday March 6,2022

I love BJ I have gotten some great deals. Great prices on food and house hold cleaning products. I get all my Pet supplies there and believe me it's so worth it. Great prices on gifts and toys. Never had any problems with them. 👍🏼

I showed up as I was advised to by your Customer Service in order to replace a product that had a faulty container. UPDATE: Josh called and straightened the matter out. Hopefully the associate that was ill informed of policies can be corrected to avert further confusion. Well done Josh and H.O. customer relations.

I just went to BJ’s today and I had a great experience. The cashier was so nice to us, she is so friendly and I love her vibes. I can see that soon she’ll be promoted. My sister even told her supervisor how nice she is.

Thank you BJs customer service ..We purchased the Berkley and Jenson 12x10 Gazebo..After putting it up the canopy was crooked..Back side would not pull down and could not align curtains to the pole..I contacted BJs customer service, sent pictures if the issue and within 2 weeks we had all new replacement parts.. Husband reinstalled and now our gazebo looks beautiful in our yard. Really appreciate the customer support.

We got both Tarn-et-Garonne Singh and Sarabjeet Jonal delivered our 3 seater Made sofa. They assembled and also took the packaging away with them. Thumbs up 👍

Due to the shortage of 3" tabs chlorine for pools, I was in a panic. Portsmouth,NH BJ's was out of stock. Customer Service recommended I check in daily for updates on availability. really didn't think more would come in due to the shortage in USA. Price gouging was absolutely going to happen. Not with BJ's! Called this a.m. they had some, I was there in 20 Minutes to pickup.These people are amazing. They go out of their way to assist the customer. Kudo's Portsmouth,NH !!
