We ordered a Blackstone Grill from BJ's online yesterday and we had to include a $40 tip for home delivery. My senior citizen husband had to help the delivery girl carry the 130 pound package into our garage. BJ's Is this anyway to run a business?

FALSE CLAIMS ABOUT SHIPPING…Our order from BJ’s stated 3-5 shipping, it was over 3 weeks and we did not receive our order so we had no choice but to cancel the order. They did not reimburse us the $173.00 shipping cost.

The app is very very slow takes a long time to respond to simple inputs It seems to happen every time I try to put together a order to be picked up at the store it's really super slow Walmart happens 10times faster. I close out their app and went to the Walmart app to get what I need

Placed a pick up order at the South Fayette Bridgeville, Pa store. The produce was horrible. Bananas bruised, When avocados were cut opened they were brown inside.Grape tomatoes were crinkled looking and seeds inside were green, yellow onions rotten . You would think produce people or pickers could see produce was bad. Everything was thrown in garbage. At one time, months ago produce was always great.

I have been using BJ's.com for a long time to clip some grocery coupons. However, I had the worst experience using their website. I am behind the computer maybe 5 to 6 hours a day, but I have never experienced sooo slow response from a website. I think BJ's should change their web hosting company as they have been awful. I believe BJ's could take a lesson from amazon.com's book and learn how they can save time for their patrons when they are surfing their website.

I got a reduced membership years ago. I had canceled the service every year for 4 years. It's ridiculous that I keep canceling the service but somehow the auto charge keeps happening. Whatever you do, don't ever sign up for a membership
