Great prices vs Amazon on most items. Great service especially at the deli counter. Their prices on deli items are by far the best. Gas is always a better deal too. We usually shop at Mooresville NC store. Michele in deli was excellent service.

I recently had the pleasure of encountering a remarkable individual, avona I think, a woman whose perpetual smile and warm greetings effortlessly create an uplifting atmosphere and Her infectious positivity consistently leaves me feeling welcomed and in good spirits.

BJ's Wholesale Club, Falls Church, VA. Both IAN and PETER in the produce section went into the back area and brought out bulk carrots and bagged kale for me. They were very helpful, smiled easily and were great representatives of customer service. Also, SHANDANA in customer service has always been extremely friendly and helpful. My experience with the quality of employees at BJ's Falls Church has been very favorable.

I shop at BJ's both on-line and inside the club. Their app is easy to use and they offer great coupons. The quality of merchandise is excellent, including fresh produce and meat. I've found that many of the Berkley & Jensen store brand items are an excellent product at good savings vs. brand names. If you use curbside pickup they're quick and professional. I really appreciate the sale at good prices of both propane and gasoline.

I recently went to my local BJ’s in Cutler Ridge Florida and was helped by Mary in Produce. She showed me all the cool things I could do in the app that made my shopping easier and less time consuming. I really like the new features she showed me. She took the time for me to understand how to use it and I am truly thankful
