Okay first of all the customer service is horrible I purchased the online membership and had two orders that stated delivered but never did I receive them it’s been over a month and they still claim to not have a resolution I will not be ordering from them ever again they not only took my money but I bet recieved my products and have started better business bureau claim on them

I bought a vaccuum cleaner online from BJ's. I wanted to return it. I took the day membership and did not get any order details to my email (I may have typed my email address wrong, not sure, just guessing). I wanted to return the product but I was not able to since I don't have the order details. I tried calling them but no use. I have submitted a request online. I have been sending them responses right away. But they are not responding. I probably sent 6 or seven follow ups. I am not getting a membership from these guys anymore. What a terrible customer service.

Horrible customer service! We ordered an outdoor furniture set and they sent the WRONG ONE. It took THREE WEEKS to get the correct set. Once it was delivered, it was missing pieces! They also never took the set they sent by mistake. It has been taking up half our garage for over a month now. We have called several times a week to try and schedule a pick up and everyone has been useless. We finally got someone to schedule a pickup and they sent A FULL TRUCK! So here we are again trying to schedule a pickup... I would give their customer service 0 stars if I could.

I give bjs 1 star and that’s because I can’t write a review unless I give a star. If I could give a zero I would. I have been a customer for many years, but no more. I will never recommend. I have asked (7xs) for assistance to set my password (my original one no longer works)...zero response from customer service. Many attempts with zero response. I will send my business to Costco - they have much more appreciation for their customers !!! And yes !!! You (bjs) can contact me - I have nothing good to say about your company

I joined just for the tires, but when I paid for them I received an email saying they were backordered. I did not want to wait the 30 days, it took me 2 hours on the phone to cancel, and finally just contested the charge with my credit card bank It is a good thing the membership only costs $25, otherwise I would have contested that charge too.

On June 25 ,2020. My husband and I went to BJ’s whole sale on Route 9 Old Bridge NJ . We purchased 16 folding chairs as they were marked for $19.99 each . While we were paying at the register it rang up as $21.99 we let the cashier know that the price was not 21.99 but $19.99 he called for a supervisor and she walked with me to verify what I was saying was correct . Their was a entire case of chairs under the $19.99 price . She went to the front and called the manager. The managers name was Mrs. Kar . She was very rude , arrogant and as she was walking with me to verify the price she kept telling me “ I don’t care what price you saw there but I’m not giving you the chairs for &19.99 “. She also told me customers always change the prices, insinuating that I changed the price . I asked her if she’s insinuating that I changed it , I told her you can look at the cámaras and verify that I’m saying the truth , she looked at me and said I wasn’t getting it for $19.99 and that was her last decision. I’ve been a Bj’s member for many years , I own a business and I always shop there for my personal and business too . The manager Mrs. Kar needs to be more polite to customers and not make accusations to a customer. I will not renew my membership with Bj’s . Very dissatisfied and disappointed on how the manager handled this situation.

Worst experience ever. I decided to get my tires done at BJs as I need to stock up on basics and thought it would be convenient and reasonably priced to shop while getting the tires done. I ordered and scheduled my tires at what I thought was a good price. Shortly after the 600$ tire transaction went through , I was charged another 600$ which cleaned out my account. Both from BJs. I spent 5 hrs trying to get help by phone only to be bounced around and left on hold. I was getting nowhere by phone so i drove 40mins to the store to finally get answers. I was turned away from customer service and sent to the tire center where I was told he couldn't help me at all, he was surprised I was sent there and offered to escort me back to customer service to try and help me, I was turned away from customer service without any assistance or attempt at resolving my issue. I was given 2 phone numbers. I spent 30mins on hold with the first one so I tried the second number and got someone pretty quick. Finally someone is taking the info and helping. Then I was asked for my employee ID number which as a customer I obviously didn't have. He instantly stopped assisting and gave me the second number on my piece of paper . I'm now 1hr into holding to speak to someone. 6hrs deep trying to locate $1200 that was charged by BJs. I am so upset that I cant get any help and dont ever want to deal with these people again. While on hold I did an online quote with Mavis and was able to find the exact same tires for 70$ less and they actually check your alignment which BJs doesn't. Biggest mistake ever choosing BJs. Its sickening that my account got wiped but the fact that nobody is in any way doing anything to help. I have never received poor customer service like this and with such a high dollar amount involved I could never trust this company again.

They provide NO support. Call for help and you have to wait on the phone for 2 hours. Then the help they give is wrong and doesn't solve the problem. If you call back they start from the beginning and then your all gets cut off part way through so you can answer their survey questions. Not worth the discounts.
