Bj credit card customer service is the worst that i have ever in counted. They are very rude even when u ask a question. They just don’t want to help at all. Bj needs to Re-analyze there contract with Comenity Bank. They come to you already with boxing gloves on Horrible the worst.

Don't buy your tires there, they won't rotate them. ON 10/10/18 no cars in bay and no one waiting and he turned me and another lady down said make an appointment. OK with no one there and bays all empty where were you busy? We drove 2 hr to get there. We didn't make an appointment as we didn't know what time we would arrive, as we had previous appointment before arriving at BJ's. Rude & unprofessional

I ordered tv on September 7,2020 and have still not received my tv. Buyer beware BJ's uses CEVA Logistics and the suck. Will me er place another online order again with BJ's. As of today September 29,2020 no Tv.

Customer service is so ass and online order service is all messed up they don't know what to do when you're there for pick up.

Horrendous customer service Horrendous customer service. The supervisor approach me and sent me to use self checkout. I told him " I coming here to spend my money ....NOT to work" I do not and I will never use self check out. What that do is taking a job away from somebody.The store in 12190 Lake Underhill Rd Orlando, Manager M Hughes is dirty, zero customer service help, and a total mess....the water is with the tires, diaper and children items with the food, car items with the kitchen and so on. Where is the organization, cleanliness and MOST importantly Customer Service. You are not far from Walmart. At this point membership for this BJ's Should be FREE.

Downloaded app wanted to change password was to short went to BJ's . Com what a joke . Why do you print coupons can't use them. Wish there was Sam's club or Costco close BJ's sucks

After 2 hour making online order order was canceled and never say why just the chance to put the same order again, but all coupons deleted so you have the select again each product to clip the coupon, after 40 minutes more submitted the order was cancelled again and never say why. paying with BJs credit card that does not have balance pending so my advice is don't use this mediocre app if you don't want to lost your time
