Horribly understaffed. The few workers I did see were trying their best to keep up on a busy weekend. A business like this that has high volume should have appropriate coverage to keep up with sales. Wonder what's going on with this company.

Terrible customer service, lack of employees and product issues plague this retail chain. Their Stratford CT location is amongst the worst, 45 minutes waiting at a deli department (after roaming staff and their own customer service call in number said someone would be by shortly) tells you all you need to know. Maybe someone should remind their awful general manager that unlike Walmart or Target Members PAY to be here and with that membership fee comes certain things we expect...people actually at their designated stations, customer service that knows what’s going on and a manger competent enough to handle issues when they are presented. What a joke

You sign up for an account with your email address then it says you don't have an account so you can't sign in or take advantage of any of the special deals they have. Their website is absolutely worthless and so is their membership. I want a refund.

Called local Bjs they said to call customer service. Tried to call Bj's customer service I requested a call back (25 min wait) they called me back the phone rang 2x and then they hung up on me. I called back they did not give call back option I waited for 30mins then was disconnected. Could not get a customer service representative. I am just trying to track my package. I ordered 5 items online. 4 came to my address today 1 item was shipped to another address in Pennsylvania. Very frustrating!

After 20+ years I have canceled my membership with BJs since it does not support American businesses. I will no longer support BJs. I will now give my loyalty to Costco

In store is great. Online service is awful. Ordered a TV, which I never received. It's been lost for over 2 weeks now and BJ still will not refund me. Has promised to call me over and over with status and not one call. Only received an email regarding they will pick up the tv for return, which I do not have. Jennifer with BJ's also tried dealing with the Ceva transport service and confirmed they were rude to her as well. Not to mention I received a call from local transport that the tv would be delivered on the 19th, which i had to take a half day off and it never arrived.

rejoining I have coupons for 25$ renewal it will not let me use the one coupon said for new members only my member ship ran out dec 31st i guess that is not long enough to be a new member but my second one is for anyone an can be used on line can not find out how to use it this shows they dont care about there members

I bought a membership 2 years ago for my daughter for Christmas. Bj would not let them use it and forced them to purchase their own. In that same year I called to cancel my member ship. They said was cancel and I would be refunded the 55 dollars. Well in the second year they charged my bank account another $55.00 so now i have paid 110.00 to a store i have never been to. I feel they get into pocket anyway they can. And then lie to your face that they will correct it. I would not recommend getting a membership at bj wholesale. That are very dishonest.
