BJ's Wholesale ClubReviews of bjs.com

The customer service is GREAT!!! I love the coupons, if You look, and a lot of people are just down right lazy! I’ve had to show people, Go to the customer service counter, get a free coupon book, and Save. Don’t complain…… Do it and Save silly !!

I would like to Thank Deedee Nicole and Robert for all there help. When I checked out my rewards didn't go through and they were all great with helping me. This was at the Southern pines location

I went to BJ's today and they had received the best Custermer service in along while fro a girl named Judy. She was very helpful making sure I was able to use my rewards that were not showing upon her computer to purchase a TV. She truly went above and beyond calling Custermer service for BJ's and working to ensure I was able to access my rewards. She was very professional and indeed she was able to get my rewards to populate on her screen after many attempts. She never lost her composure and I was to use my rewards and I walked away with my TV. Previously I worked with her and she again was so helpful writing down the information I needed to know when to check back on purchasing this TV. I always say it is the people that make a company great and she outdid herself. Cheryl Patton

I had the best experience ever in the Optical Department. I had an eye exam and ended up needing glasses. Carrie the person that helped me through both exam and getting new frames worked part of her lunch break to help me. I never one felt rushed and knowing how important breaks are in retail I was so appreciative of her professionalism and patients with me. I have always been treated very well at the Manchester NH store and have been a member well over 10 years

We visited the new BJ’s in Palm Coast Florida today and was very pleased. We found everything we needed and more. Our checkout person, Bridget L. took the time to find the coupons I had neglected to clip and saved us $10. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely will return!

I have an excellent experience at the Manchester, CT Tire Center for a tire rotation. I made an appointment and They were ready for me, polite, professional and completed the job quickly.

I am shocked at all of the 1 star reviews! My experience has been way different. I live in a state where BJ's is new, so I am excited to have a Costco competitor. The staff is always helpful, the store is always clean. There are things I prefer at Costco, but my anxiety just spikes in that store because of all the people. So I enjoy BJs because I do not feel overwhelmed. I like that you can clip coupons on the app as well. The gas prices are usually better than at my Costco. Oh, you can also scan the barcode on the app instead of needing to use the card......that's another bonus over Costco.
