There is NO value here... products than seem like good deals are on discontinued or not generally available items... no deal on groceries... I purchased an appliance from here the next day was over $20 less at a wally world same brand and all AND it had been on sale at BJ's ... I have a business membership and I have only really saved 20 on propane... SMH total waste of my money and their potential...

I wish there was a ZERO stars rating for your 800# Customer Care department. I purchased 2 fire pits, one on 5/14 and another on 5/16. Two days later I received a flyer and the fire pit price reduced from 199.99 to 129.99 so I called Customer Care since they were orders placed online. The first representative took the information and told me that a price adjustment of the $70 + tax for both orders was submitted and I should be receiving the credit shortly. I called yesterday since it had been 3 weeks with no refund. The second rep told me my case stated, "customer needs to go to the club and see a manager for the price adjustment since it was an online order picked up in store". He told me that the manager would be able to look up the case# and issue the refund. First of all, where was that communication back to the customer? I then went to the club yesterday and the manager told me they have no way to look up case numbers and I needed proof of the 129.99 price since the price was currently back to 199.99. So I AGAIN call Customer Care while at the Club and got the RUDIST representative I have EVER talked to. She told me it had been over 7 days and I could not get a price adjustment. I had already explained the entire story that I was told by the first representative within the 7-day grace period and she says, "oh well she made a mistake but I am not giving you $70 back." She honestly should be fired for her rude attitude. I advise that BJs hire customer service staff that actually "care" about their customers and give accurate information to them. I emailed this note to Customer Care asking for a manager to review and just got another generic email back about price adjustments are only done within 7 days. Honestly this email was not even read; they just pushed a button and spit out the generic “price adjustment” statement. I HAVE NEVER HAD WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE AND WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY MEMBERSHIP AT THE END OF THIS MONTH. SWITCH TO COSTCOs. [Note: This review is for the Customer Care 800# staff. I have to say that the manager, Kathy, at the Derby CT club was very sympathetic and helpful.]

First of I want to say if I could give a 0 star I would. I ordered a tv from BJ’s April 30th and still never got a the tv. I called over and over and Bj’s could not tell me anything. Their delivery company is Ceva Logistics and they told me that I would have to have contact Ceva myself. I waited sometime and called Bj’s again to just cancel my order, they cancelled my order but never refunded my money because they had to receive the tv back from Ceva first. Which is stupid because that has nothing to do with me and at this point this is stealing. I then called Ceva again and they said Bj’s never even contacted them about canceling the order or anything. I will never order from BJ’s online ever again. 41 days later and I still have not been refunded my money.

Working and shopping at this company was the absolute worst experience in my life. No matter where you are, you can count of BJ's managers to be completely worthless (in every sense of the word!). In the store I worked/shopped at, the managers made bad decision after bad decision, never once making a reasonable choice. Go to Sam's club if you want a good company to do business with.

After purchasing items on my BJs membership card that had "gas" credits, the first time I tried to buy gas at the station, and the attendant told me that I had to use my husband's membership card, not mine. I was also told that anything I purchased would roll over onto his card. So the next time we purchased an item with a gas credit, we used his card. He also inquired with Customer Service to find out how long we had to use the credit given on 4/27. They said, 3 weeks. So, within 3 weeks I went to fill up my car using his membership card. I did not receive a credit at the pump. I went to the attendant who said I needed to go into the store and get the refund. So, I did. At the counter I was asked by the clerk if I had my receipt (meaning my purchase, which was unreasonable). I asked her if she could look my receipt up. She was hesitant. I told her we had been told by Customer Service we had 3 weeks. I told her what had happened and what I had been told by the attendant. She then went and found another supervisor (not sure who) to whom I told my story, which was not correct. So, I interrupted and told him myself. He then went to look up my receipt with my husband's card number and came back and told me that we had not purchased anything with his card in a month and a half. He has asked me if I understood why. I told him that I understood that he had lost my business and left the store. Once I got home I looked through my trash and found the receipt, which had my husband's number clearly on the receipt, not mine. Not only did they lie to us, but there is nothing that limits the purchases on one family member or another but says, "All Members can..." get gas credits. It also says that it must expires within that month. This means that after trying to figure out the gas credit policy by speaking with 4 different employees, 3 at customer Service, that we were both given false information and no credit. I do not intend to shop with them again.

There's nasty girls that work here named Brittany, and shaylyn A lot of highlights in her hair kind of tall and grandpa glasses, has these freakishly long nails in her head in faces looks like a Mrs. Potato With freakishly drawn on eyebrows, headbleech blond highlighted haired, very long coffin nails, very ugly and disrespectful attitude to employees and customers. She's VERY pushy, will say "oh you f***** that up big time haha", like jee thanks for those words of encouragement. As well as steel and hide belongings of employees. And always looks over my shoulder when I'm at self checkout with her phone out like she's gonna take a pic of my membership. She is soo dumb she was very aggressive to a young girl work here pushing her to "signoff" her register to take over when the stupid girl named shaylyn is already logged on to "the podium" computer in the front of self check out area. I hope to god they fire both thier asses, they don't care if particular employees are very rude to customers and other employees aswell, fire her ass she think she cute with that PUSHY, GETO ATTITUDE OF HERS,"DO DAUHH", "ISSSS YOU GOOOD".
