First time placing an order with BJs and I'm already disappointed. I paid for shipping but was derived a key to pick my item. What's the purpose of paying shipping if I still have to pick up????? My others items have yet to arrive with no information on arrival date. I'm very disappointed because I was hoping this warehouse would a great place to shop since it's close to my house. However, I guess I'll have to take a further trip to Sam's Club instead.

Horrible maintenance (07302 branch) for a badly needed service for the Handicapped. All Mobility Scooters for Handicapped are not working for Months! One of the managers claim that they are still waiting for parts!

Placed an online order for a tv to be delivered because we do not have a car big enough to carry TV. Online said delivery would be 3-5 days. Day after purchase received email tv was shipped from Jacksonville. We love in Orlando. Three days later still no updates, I called. Representative read from script, the tv is estimated delivery in FIVE days, eight days after I ordered. When I told the representative I was extremely unhappy and would be cancelling my card after a 4 year membership, I got the old I’m sorry but the tv will be ...., I said again, I purchased the tv after reading on their website, 3-5 days. I assumed business days, didn’t state that but the contract was made based on delivery in 3-5 not 7-10. Yet another corporation ready to take your money and not fulfill their obligations. Tired of being taken yet again!

Dont use BJ's. I placed an order online, and they took my money from my bank account but the items were STILL in my cart. sorry, bjs had an issue with their system at that very moment, but i am still in the process of trying to get back my $185 into my account that's been pending for almost a week. It would have been easier for me to get my money back and feed my family if they just completely charged the $185 so my bank can put the $ back into my account immediately. So i got screwed. Cancelled my membership and was told it will take 1-7 business days to get my money back. it happened Friday, today is Wedneday - 1-7 busines days from today - what the heck. BJs suck. After they reverse my membership $, I am going to Costco. Do NOT become a member at BJ's. BJ's do BETTER. you have all that revenue -- try caring for your customers.

1) Bj's Discriminate shipping to a Hispanic U.S. territory in Puerto Rico, especially now that I need all the help they can get due to the island's electrical problem. 2) BJ's to this date treat us the customer like little kids making us use their discount coupons instead of having their discount automated at the register just like they do in Costco, Sam's Club and other average supermarkets.

I usually enjoy visiting BJ's and getting deals with coupon stacks in the club. If I had to give a rating for them as just the club, I would give them a 4. But this rating is specifically around their Home Improvement packages that they have been selling. When I read that " Less than 10% of contractors nationwide meet our criteria for certification" on the pamphlet, I was very excited to use them to install new windows and a Patio glass sliding door. I made the appointment by using the 1 877 number on the brochure. Everything was setup for an appointment today, October 21, 2021, for a free consultation in Rockland County. What I really liked as well is that they said they would text me a picture of the contractor so that I know who is showing up at my door so that I don't answer it for just anybody. PERFECT! I never got the text today so I called them to ask them to send it to me. After being hung up on several times by Transformation Home Improvement, affiliated with BJ's, and cut off several times, I was told that someone on their side cancelled my appointment for today. I was really upset since I took off of work for this. People just do not respect appointments or schedules anymore and it's really frustrating. They just assume everyone is either retired or are working from home, but not actually working. Then the rep on the phone said that there aren't a lot of people in my area to do this work. Well then why is the BJ's club down the street from me offering this service??!! Makes no sense to me, but maybe it's time for them to switch contractors or drop the Home Improvement business altogether. Either that or remove the word "Dependable" from your website and your "Member Pledge" of satisfaction.

Ordered a patio set online on the 11th of September and delivery was scheduled for the 29th of September 2021. On the 29th the delivery team never showed up and stated that nobody was home (A Lie) I called BJ’s and was told,24 up to 72 hrs for a resolution. I got absolutely no help, no answers from the agent who a nice person, but was unable to provide me with information other wait. Now we have a new delivery date with Metropolitan Warehouse (Terrible company) for late October, that’s almost 8 weeks after the initial purchase. Only now do I understand why everyone I know has stated don’t shop at BJ’s they sucks. First time member and my first purchase with BJ’s rest assure the last anything with this company

I ordered and paid for tires which the scheduling system allowed me to book an appointment to have the tires installed. I showed up a little early got checked in, left the car and did some shopping. I received a call asking that I call back. Tried to call the Auto center but ended up in an phone loop. Got back to the Auto center only to find out the tires were not at the store. So, some lessons: > Why is the Auto center understaffed? Why not have a CS representative in the Auto Center to handle calls, check inventory, etc.? > Why was I able to schedule the mounting appointment before the tires were in? > Why was I checked in if the tires were not available? > Why is the phone system so difficult to get through? > Why do you use FedEx when their service is horrible. Heard this from many businesses (not just BJs) as well as my and others' personnel experience. Is saving a couple of dollars worth a slip in customer satisfaction? The staff in the Auto Center is overworked which means they are understaffed. This issue is beyond their ability and control. Is BJs sincere in being in the Tire business? If so, you need to act like it. I wasted my afternoon trusting BJs would act like a professional organization. I was wrong. I filed a complaint with the store manager who didn't write anything down and I left with no sense of satisfaction. I am mortified that you take customers for granted. You treat my time like it is of no value. The IT group responsible for the online ordering and scheduling ought to be a customer to understand the holes in the system. This GM for the Northborough, MA store needs to either be removed or retrained. Totally unacceptable.
