I switched to Bitwarden from NordPass and haven't been disappointed. I can add that Bitwarden's customer support has been excellent!

Just signed up for an account. I didn't know what I was supposed to do so I looked for the help section, there is no help listed on the page at all. I saw a + sign so I started entering a email then it wanted to know what folder but you can't add a folder from that page. Finally saw a drop down at the top where you can enter a new folder, this should be in the other box. I finally entered my first email and went to add another and the + sign is gone, nowhere on the page. I have no idea where to go to enter another email. Nowhere on the page does it say enter new item or have the plus sign and there is nothing that says help anywhere on my screen. How does this app get good ratings is beyond me.

I am using it for the last 2 years. it is the best free password manager. highly recommended.

I really appreciate the security first approach combined with great usability. Last but not least, I'm happy to support a company which is developing FOSS.

Je suis en train de passer là actuellement de DASHLANE FAMILY à BITWARDEN FAMILY (car des fonctions de Dashlane dont je n'ai plus besoin + prix plus abordable pour Bitwarden). Même si l'interface est sobre, les fonctionnalités sont là (TOTP, plusieurs appareils, sécurité 🔐,...). Et pratique pour des alias d'e-mails fonctionnel avec duckduckgo (pas besoin de garder le navigateur) et SEND (pour envoi de texte ou fichier en toute sécurité 🔐). Pour un petit prix (10 € en premium et 40 € en Family), la version gratuite reste très généreuse par rapport aux autres gestionnaires de mots de passe, continuez ainsi ce travail d'amélioration et d'ajouts de fonctionnalités 🤩💪👍.

Bitwarden has answered my questions to support in a decent manner. If their answer doesn't work let them know and they'll give a more detailed answer. The teaching materials from Bitwarden may not be the best if you are a real beginner.

After 1 week of intensive testing I would say, that the software does what it should do. The integration of laptops und mobile phone is fine. Also the integration of browsers works reliably. In general Bitwarden needs good knowledge of information technology, thus it is still more for freaks ... and my rating gives 4 stars of five.

I've used Bitwarden for years after moving from another password manager and have been continually impressed with the features, price, and service. Though I have only rarely needed to contact them for support, my requests have been answered and resolved within the first contact every single time.
