Firstly I really appreciate the low-price yearly options for password management. It is a bonus that it is open source and it shows that your priority is privacy- thank you. Support helped me delete a profile I did not have access to anymore and they refunded me the money I had been charged ($40). No hassles, no issues, and timely. Added bonus points for not accidentally deleting my other account that had a similar email. I was expecting this to potentially be an issues (so I backed up my passwords) but everything turned out as planned.

Excellent password manager! It's easy to use, highly secure. The premium plan is very affordable. Highly recommend!

Being a old LastPass user until their hack I'm extremely pleased with Bitwarden but personally need to study its operations more thoroughly soon, there's a lot absorb in its proper usage.

Free and good, some other companies can learn from this!

Bitwarden is an excellent password safe. Secure and easy to use. Even its basic offering is more than enough for most people to need and it's free. It's integration with various browsers and apps is excellent, too, and the support it provides is rapid and knowledgeable. Most of all, it's cross platform, something Lastpass used to be and ruined its usability on the free model by removing. Most people can't afford subscription models, because everyone has started doing this and in the process made the system financially unviable. I would be paying hundreds of dollars a week on products that have moved to subscription models, so I had to abandon them all. I hope that if the free model ever disappears, the company isn't too greedy and offers a one-off low price payment option, with low price upgrade options on new versions, but free bug fixes. Currently, however, the free model has been available for a number of years and I hope will continue to be available for the foreseeable future. ADDENDUM: For those bothered by the long minimum security password, this is essential. Anything shorter is too much of a security risk. All your passwords should be at least twelve characters long. But this is why password managers exist, to enable people to create very long passwords and not have to remember them. You only need to remember the master password. If you can't do that, use a random string of words as your master password, perhaps changing out the vowels for numbers or other characters and using a mix of lower and upper case characters. You can also save the master password somewhere, disguised as something else. Just make sure it's well disguised. Bitwarden also allows biometric login, so you won't have to type in the master password every time.
