Terrible service, 1 star is too much for them. They disabled my account because my locale was not longer available. First I try to move my coins outside but 6 months later I didnt receive crap in my wallets. I tried change locale but still 3 months no response. I will go to make a legal action against them. Stay away from them

These guys are total scammers and constantly barrage me with compliance e-mails and I don't have an account with them. So beware Our USA government allows scammers like Bittrex to exist. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE scammers! Some how they got my e-mail and now spam me all the time

Created an account on Bittrex to fund my WAX transfers and buy some baseball card NFTs. Originally couldn't export the WAX as Bittrex froze transfers, but upon attempting to log on the account later, Bittrex had a message posted on their site that they reset my 2FA, so I couldn't get in. Still have the same number, email, ID, etc. I submitted a support ticket with my info to their zendesk and haven't gotten anything back after following up with their auto-reply, after reading everything here could indeed be a scam..

Understaffed, incompetent, unresponsive. They lock accounts for no legitimate reason, charge exorbitant fees. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Read all the Bittrex horror stories on Reddit. Need I say more?

In order to gain possession of my funds, I provided the necessary papers, proofs, and gave my Ethereum address but it has been more than two months since they melted me down. Initieel had ik goede ervaringen met Bittrex. Ik kocht DFI en de withdrawal fees vielen mee. Toen maakte ik een fout om Dash erheen te sturen met het doel te verkopen. Ik merkte pas bij aankomst dat de coin niet meer actief was. Enige wat ik kon doen was terugsturen tegen 0.05 dash kosten a >17 euro momenteel. Terwijl de netwerk kosten veel lager zijn voor zover ik het kan zien. Daarmee ben ik naar Bittrex gegaan of er geen andere mogelijkheden zijn, zoals overname van mijn kleine beetje Dash of de kosten veranderen naar een juiste hoeveelheid. Echter hier werd vreemd op geantwoord na lang wachten. De klantenservice en de handling van coins en fees ben ik daarom niet blij mee. En ik zal Bittrex alleen gebruiken bij het hoognodige.
