Had quite a large chunk of crypto go missing and no one seems to be answering emails after 3 weeks..

Frozen funds for months, after completing all verification steps they ghost you without any response to your support ticket. Money locked here, stay away.

Probleem met verzenden van ETH naar Bittrex. Support ticket is nu al 1,5 maand open zonder een respons. Ik raad af om Bittrex te gebruiken, de support is echt zeer slecht en onbetrouwbaar. Totaal onbetrouwbaar om hier je geld of coins te storten, want als er iets misgaat helpen ze je niet.

Very bad customer service, I been waiting 14 days for withdrawing the € nothing happens only mail from "Alan" the money are on the way but money didn't arrive So if you want to withdraw the money the best way is to change your deposit buy some crypto and send it to a different wallet. All the best people

OK, no help from the support whatever. For all they have eMailed to me it could be a "bot". They did send me an eMail saying that there had been a successful login to my account and wondered if it was me. I signed on and the "Verify your existence again" started. That means that I go into the circle again. Basically, (1) I can't gain access to the site, (2) I can't verify myself because it never completes the verification process, (3) their support is so "nothing" that it is worthless, and so (4) Eventually they will sweep the funds away and I will have lost the purchase that I made. It's just that simple . . .

Da Bittrex einige Token hatte, die ich wollte und woanders nicht gefunden habe, habe ich mich hier registriert. Ich bin bin sonst bei binance, bitfinex, kucoin etc. Bittrex ist gegen alle anderen Exhchanges kompletter Müll. Sehr wenig Volume , sodass man bei den Preisen aufpassen muss. Einfach Market Sell zu machen und schon ist man 10% schlechter bedient. Aber nur kam der Schock: Ich möchte meine Coins Matic und Vechain auf meine Wallet packen. Dafür möchte Bittrex über 12% Gebühren!!! WTF!!!!! Fuck you , Bittrex!!! In meinem Fall (knapp unter 1000 Dollar) , wären das 110 Dollar Gebühren. Absolutes no go. F.... you, bittrex

I've been trying to get my account password reset for the past four months with Bittrex....but unfortunately to no avail. The support team have been completely hopeless and incompetent at responding to my emails and when they did eventually respond, they claimed to have resolved the issue, which to this day (25/05/2021), after six separate support ID's, is still outstanding. I would sincerely recommend that people stay well clear of this organisation...for me and no doubt many others, its been far too much of a demoralising and painful experience.

Company has SUPER high fees. Support staff will mock and belittle you. Refuse to close my account or allow data erasure after a 200 dollar investment ONLY. They are skirting local law just to aggravate me. Pathetic business practice, unconscionable customer service.
