The food is good and it works if you stick to the plan. The customer service is very slow to respond and I wish they had a little more options for meals.

Some of the food is tasty, but there's not a lot of variety in it. Also, no sandwiches.

This program totally worked for me. I lost 35 lbs in about four months and definitely enjoyed the meals and snacks. It was very easy for me to follow the program (though I did cut down on alcohol consumption as well) and I'm getting close to my target weight.

BUYER BEWARE! Don’t order seafood from them, they don’t stand behind their product, called to tell them it’s bad fish, rotten, they tell you it’s a matter of taste, and it is just absolutely rotten fish and the quality is terrible. Don’t waste your money, you can get wonderful prepared meals at your supermarket that are healthy low-fat and taste great, and if there’s a chance its bad they will refund your money. If your going to order from this company the breakfast dishes are the only thing worth getting.

I really ike Bistro MD. Their food is delicious and the flavors combine excellently well. If you put the food in a plate, even green beans, which I hate, taste delicious! Having said that, all their food is super complicated, and sometimes I feel like eating something simple. that is just not an option. Everything has sauces and like five different things on your plate, and sometimes I just feel like, I don't know... a sandwich? Not sure if they don't have that because it's not a "healthy combination of food" or why, but they do offer options with less meals per week... I would start definitely with the five meals a week without the breakfast... I started full blown all meals all week and burned myself out in three weeks. So I would say start slowly and see what you can do, don't burn yourself out. The food is definitely a thousand times better than any other program I have used.

Some meals are very good and I enjoy those. Some are mediocre but I have the option to opt out of those I don't care for. But the wonderful part is that I'm losing weight. I purchased the snacks so I can keep my hypoglycemia controlled. I highly recommend this meal plan and I don't have to cook it. *********
