The program works. I like the opportunity to change out meals and also remove meals you don’t like from your preferences. I find that I don’t get hungry on this program and I’m also getting trained for portion sizes and food selections when the time comes for me to sort out my meals myself. There’s also a dietitian available with the program which is also very helpful.

Been using the service for a few months and I’ll say BistroMD is absolutely fantastic all around. Food tastes great, customer service is quick and easy, and the consultations with dieticians has been super helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants to jump start eating healthy. Cons: Mybistromd site needs a refresh. It’s difficult and confusing at times. I still can’t figure out how to change my food choices before it ships. Also, love the variety, but would like to duplicate some meals instead of eating something different for every mean (this is more of a personal thing).

When after 2 perfect deliveries, BistroMD sent my food to the wrong address it really threw me off. Am bothered by the fact they don't know why it happened. So lets say at this pointy are not perfect but try hard and the food is great.
