Anytime I had a problem or concern, the issue was resolved in a timely manner. It’s also really great being able to have access to a dietitian to talk to throughout my journey. I’m very satisfied with this service overall and would highly recommend!

This company boasts 150 choices but after you pay the choice becomes only 37 and 28 of those are chicken! You also don't get to choose your delivery date, they choose a 4 day window delivery date for you. The customer service IS AWFUL! They never return the emails! DO NOT ORDER FROM BISTROMD

I like that the program is helping me lose weight but I would like more vegetarian and fish meals. Also, I would like to see the food containers more environmentally friendly. While I do put them in my recycling bin the containers are plastic and I don't know whether they are really recycled.

I truly appreciate bistroMD, they've been fantastic for me. I've lost 21 pounds on the heart healthy program in five months and never felt better. The food is delicious and a great variety, when available. That is my only concern, the consistency of choices is spotty at times, and some entrees I wish to try have never available. But overall, it has definitely been worth the investment!

BistroMD is a great diet plan! The entries are top notch...high quality ingredients, interesting variety, thoughtfully prepared and packaged. VERY DELICIOUS! The customer service is very satisfactory. I am 65 and while I'm not losing as quickly as I did when I was dieting as a younger women, I have lost 12 pounds since starting about 3 months ago. I am thoroughly pleased with this program.
