Beautiful dress and good quality

Customer service people are nice but I feel like the policy and the way they handle situations was not school. My dress took almost two months to arrive and twice it got lost and sent back. The company made me wait each time but finally when it was crunch time they got me the dress in two days. i felt like they could have done that earlier and avoided me all the stress.

This process was unbelievably easy! The customer service was fantastic throughout the entire process. The quality of the dresses was great! My sister was the bride, so she took advantage of the swatches to select the perfect color(s) to match her vision! Everyone was so happy with their dresses. We all received so many compliments throughout the wedding.

I tried several Birdy Grey dresses, and all were excellent quality. They were delivered in a reasonable amount of time, packaged nicely, and the dresses exactly as described online. My returns were easy with "Happy Returns" and reimbursement to my credit card was prompt. I consulted with customer service by telephone, and the technician who assisted me was knowledgeable, friendly, and quickly understood and answered my question.

I am STILL waiting for someone to get back to me. I had previously purchased a dress, my mother-in-law (who is the mother of the bride) wanted to see the dress in person and by the time she visited from out of state the 30 days had passed. Before ordering the dress in a smaller size, I reached out to Birdy Grey to see if they would allow me to return the older dress (depending on how things fit), and I was told that they would. Notes were made in my account to approve the return after 30 days and the restocking fee was to be waived. I've been trying to return the dress now for a week, and no one has gotten back to me and when I enter my order number I'm told that the 30 days has passed. I've emailed, and stated a chat multiple times. All I get in response (besides acknowledging my need for assistance) are emails "asking how we did" –– y'all haven't done anything.

I ordered a dress from here. Size large (I’m normally a medium) but based on the size chart, I went one up just in case. I got the express shipping and my dress arrived within two weeks. It fit perfectly. Just needed a little hem to shorten it up. The color was a match for what was online. And the price wasn’t crazy. The groom decided he wanted to change the color and getting a store credit and refund was extremely easy. I think the person who helped me was Stephanie. Took all my stress away with ease. Customer service here is top tier.
