There was a mix-up with the order and cancelled by Amazon who then expedited the order and when I received the order, the belt to the robe had come apart in one place, where I had to fix myself before giving it as a gift. The robe was very nice and the monogram excellent.

We had to rush ship ties for my daughter’s wedding. The customer service rep was great and helped move the order along. We received it in the expedited time.

The customer service team is great! They helped me through an emergency last minute bridesmaid dress crisis with kindness and empathy and good solution options. They also take great notes so if you call again and it’s a new person they already know what’s going on!

Definitely recommend going to a store nearby to try on jackets and pants to get a full grasp of sizes needed. Suit Jacket and Pants fit great, purchased the Dress shirt and am returning due to sizing being incorrect, definitely recommend buying separately for correct fit and better quality. Other than that great experience and for the price a great suit.
