The samples came in amazing quality…
The samples came in amazing quality although one of the white samples was a little torn it's okay everything else came out amazing beautiful and give me some ideas of what to do.

They could do better with delivery
They could do better on following directions for delivery I asked them to put my package in the mailbox and they ended up putting it on my stairwell in front of my house

Absolutely awful delivery experience
Absolutely awful delivery experience. It blows my mind why companies like yourselves choose to use ontrac or veho for shipping and fulfillment. It's slower, their customer service is terrible, and I've never had a package delivered correctly the first time. I will be going to a competitor based on your shipping alone.

Our team uses dozens of carriers for delivery, based on zip code analysis, to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible. Lost order…. No communication regarding missing order until I reached out to inquire.

We’re so sorry for the frustration this caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by the carrier, and with the high volume of daily orders, we’re unable to track each one individually.
