This company is a scammer. They first tell you 3-5 days then tells you it was shipped Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item CHANTILLY, VA 20151 May 19, 2025, 5:30 am Then I was told it takes 4-6 business days. I am in Orlando. It does not take 4-6 days to go from Va to Orlando USPS and it still says it’s waiting for item. They tried to say that usps gets stuck in that state. I say BS.

Dear Melanie, we sincerely apologize for the confusion and concern caused by the tracking information. As our products are made to order, production normally takes approximately 3–5 business days. A shipping label may be created in advance while the item is being completed and prepared for dispatch. During this stage, USPS may display “Pre-Shipment – Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item” because the package has not yet received its first USPS scan. Once production and packaging are complete, the parcel is transferred through the shipping network before USPS completes the final delivery. Tracking may remain unchanged during this transfer and update only after USPS receives and scans the package. We have since confirmed that your order was successfully delivered. However, we understand that the lack of clear tracking updates caused unnecessary worry, and we’re sorry that this process was not explained more clearly at the time.
