I previously wrote a review about my birdfy bird feeder. I was unable to charge it and got no response from Birdfy. I wrote a review on trust pilot and they jumped into action. They tried to get my camera working and when that failed, replaced my feeder. I am very pleased with their response. Thank you.

I have two birdhouses that have produced several families over the last couple of years. I’m very convinced the same parents have returned to raise new families. Never had a problem with anything. Such a thrill to add family, grandchildren to be able to view the festivities!

I was given a Birdfy camera for Christmas by my husband. It was relatively easy to set up and worked well at first, although sometimes it would only work for the morning and then stop recording moments, however if I went onto livestream it seemed to correct itself and start working again. Since the updates Birdfy put in when it stopped working for everyone for a few days, it no longer records moments, but I can still livestream. I have re-booted the camera, updated the app, moved the camera and tested it by standing in front of it where I can see myself on livestream but it still won’t record it as a moment. There is an unwillingness from Birdfy to accept this is an issue their end, despite many online discussions suffering the same issues. The customer service isn’t great and my husband is disappointed he wasted money on this. Given my experience I could not recommend them.

I ordered a Birdfy birdfeeder for a friend's birthday and I have still not received it. You didn't ship my item for three days and now it was supposed to be here on the weekend and I am still holding out hope for its arrival but it will be too late for my friend's birthday so I am not happy at all! And an added note the website stated that there would be a gift bag and card would be included in my order and someone from the company stated that that was not a feature of the item that I purchased. On the page where there is an item description it states that it would be included but that is incorrect. Don't make the same mistake I made and assume that just because the item description says these things would be included, they are not. The description is very misleading and should be corrected!

I bought a birdfy bird feeder. Tech support was excellent and helped solve an installation problem. The app and images were excellent but the camera failed in less than a year. Birdfy replaced it under warranty and its fine. We bought the hummingbird feeder. The camera and app functionality (same app but diff features?) on the hummingbird feeder are different. The camera seems inadequate for the challenges of hunningbirds and it seems to miss a lot of recordings. Less happy with the hummingbird feeder🥹
