Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how disappointing it was that you couldn't include a gift message for your wedding gift. At this time, we don't have a feature that allows gift messages during checkout, and we're unfortunately unable to add one after an order has been placed. We also apologize that your experience with our customer support did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll share it with the appropriate team as we continue working to improve our service. If you ever need anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out through Birdfy Chat, email, or phone support (available for US customers). We're always here to help!
