Hi Michael, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the camera setup and solar panel. We’re glad our team was able to assist with the solar panel replacement. For the QR code scanning issue, please make sure the camera lens is clean and hold the QR code about 6–12 inches in front of the camera. Slowly adjust the distance and avoid environments that are too bright or too dark. You may also try using another phone. If you ever need anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out through Birdfy Chat, email, or phone support (available for US customers). We're always here to help! Happy bird watching! Warm regards, Birdfy Team
